Mr Long has developed a wonderful system for rewards and as part of that, each week he will publish the names of those students, across the whole school, who have achieved -

  • The highest number of Grade 5's

  • The highest reward points overall

and the highest points for each category -

Commitment - Aspiration - Resilience - Respect

During the following week, the 6 overall winners will have a breaktime reward as a thank you for their efforts.

Last Wednesday, Mr Waller was delighted to meet with the following students, these are the first students to have this reward. The students were invited to share a drink and a chocolate biscuit in Mr Waller's office, a chance for Mr Waller to chat to students he doesn't usually see day-to-day and for those who are getting it right every lesson, every day, to be recognised for their hard work and resilience.

Highest positive points for -

Commitment - Annie (Year 9)

Aspiration - Jacob (Year 11)

Resilience - Linda (Year 7)

Respect - Sophie (Year 9)

The student with the Highest Points in total was Gracie (Year 7) and the student with the Highest amount of Grade 5s was Kabaenda (Year 10).

Well done to all of those recognised, and to all those who try their hardest each and every day. Well done!
