This week we hear from Year 7 Shyla who has written an account of her first week at Carr Hill High School.Thank you, Shyla.
When it was my first week at Carr Hill I was so nervous. I didn't know if I would make it to my classes on time or find my way around, but all the teachers were extremely helpful and would point you in the right direction. Last week I also joined the year 7 dance group and I got to meet new people while having fun at the same time. As well as doing dance in school I also do dance outside of school and have won many trophies and medals. My favourite subjects in school are science, dance and drama. My first week at Carr Hill has been a total success. I have loved every second of it.
