Budding mathematicians put their skills to the test when they took part in the Primary Mathematics Challenge 2009. This is the fourth year Carr Hill has hosted the successful event giving youngsters from local primary schools the opportunity to develop their maths skills while having fun. Students from six schools took part: Freckleton CE, Freckleton Strike Lane, Kirkham and Wesham, Newton Bluecoat, Ribby-with-Wrea and Treales. And it was the team from Ribby-with-Wrea Endowed CE (pictured above with Mrs Taylor and Mr Perry) who returned home victorious.
