A Warm Welcome to Local Youngsters
We are continuing to welcome Year 6 children from local primary schools so they can experience a day at high school.
Pupils from Strike Lane School, Freckleton, were the latest to spend a morning at Carr Hill as part of our scheme to welcome as many new Year 7 students before they join us permanently in September.
Transition Manager and Assistant Head Mrs McKeon said the visits are really good.
Mrs McKeon said: “We want all Year Six children to know as much as possible about Carr Hill before they join us and by visiting during the school day they really get a taste of what the future holds.
